Chris and his team are top notch! They helped us find exactly what we were looking for and communicated every step of the way. We love our Heat n Glow fireplace not only for its modern vibe but efficiency! It completes our space and love that it has a battery backup in case we lose power. Absolutely incredible! We loved working with Cris from start to finish. He was super responsive. Informative. Helpful and guided us the whole way to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. The install was fantastic and in LOVE with our Heat & Glo fireplaces. Hands down best fireplace company! We had to get 2 and both were the same but needed different needs. The process was smooth and quick and totally worth every penny :)
